Lots of graphic designers have there roots somehow in musical affairs. I played with at least three of them in one band in the early 80's. Ton - the guitarist - is still the director of a successfull advertising agency, Ronald T. was for years my patner. Me and him were the frontmen of the band. I did the PR and booking from my small office at a canal in the red licht district in Amsterdam where I was living at that time. I made the calls, distributed demo tapes and organized advertizing.
Dixo Wankers; the guys who make a mess in the disco... Any way, I made a simple logo for the band: a stencil wich could be painted on flicht cases, guitar cases, sound equipment and leather jackets.
