NEW POLITICAL PARTY is BORN : D96
Dear Digerati,
With this digital message I announce the birth of a new and global
political party called D96.
Sign: encircled D96 with blitz sparcs outflying (c)
Politicians and civil servants should have no fear for their carreer
or
position or shortterm objectives, because the aims of D'96 are small
number ones (a few people here and there) and for the long term
(beyond
next week). So relax, this message is not important for any elections
anywhere.
In order to face the new challenges of Diverse Reality which is
more complex and changes faster than the Second Wave frames of mind
and mass-institutions can handle we believe that a global Digital
community
must be established and woven which has an agenda to:
* De-massify
* De-bureaucratize open
* De-centralize institutions--> multiple reliable
objects
* Di-stribute
* Di-versify
* Di-gitize
AND at the same time will:
& Re-integrate many
& Re-late ! fixed links--> micro transactions of
info,
& Re-connect laterally imagination, wisdom,
knowledge
& Re-communicate and listen through networks
& Re-externalize and help
And will be based on a networkconcensus which will start to build-up a
well
balanced set of tasks and rules founded on the De-viding of forces of
the
Trias Telematica:
# individual digital civilians and volunteer groups with Freedom,
# state institutes who work for the common good based on
Equality
# business ventures who take risks and compete and cooperate in
Brotherhood
Whether, where and when this D'96 political movement will be a
positive
force does not depend on large numbers of members in any nation state
but
on the quality of its cyberspace participators and the effect of their
network- communicated information contribution to other villagers.
(this is not interesting to anybody any time soon, but feel free to
forward this birth announcement on the Internet and on Usenet)
Met vriendelijke groet - with kind regards -,
(c)1996 Prof. Jaap van Till
